The Board of Directors of the Montville Township Chamber of Commerce consists of local business owners and professionals who volunteer their time and talents to provide the Montville area business community the opportunity to promote and grow their businesses. Officers are elected from within the board of directors and serve two-year terms. Directors are appointed from the general membership and serve three-year terms.

Nina Hogan

Chief Financial Officer, Blue Nail Roofing and Siding

Nina is the Chief Financial Officer of Blue Nail Roofing and Siding based in Montville, NJ. She has previously held the positions of Financial Reporting Specialist (Senior) at Prudential Financials in their Separate Accounts group and Senior Auditor for CohnReznick LLP. Nina is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

Nicholas Bronzino

Bruce has been involved in thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions in and outside of the State. He is an active title officer in almost every transaction, readily available whether by phone or in person whenever needed.

Michelle Gabriel

Michelle started in the jewelry industry in 1993 in Wayne. In 1999, she opened up Gabriel Jewelers in Montville. After spending years in Fairfield and her 5th Avenue New York locations and some life changes, Gabriel sold the business and started Jules Fine Jewelry in the Towaco Crossing in 2021.

Charlie has been an educator for 60 years. He has served as a School Business Administrator/Interim SBA for several districts around the state, including Kinnelon, Bogota, and East Hanover. Charlie has been a member of the Montville Township Board of Education for over 20 years, serving from 1978 to 1988, and then again from 2012 through today, and has served as President for 14 years.

Joseph P. O'Dowd

Joe was a Director of Lakeland bank for 25 years along with Metropolitan State. Currently, Joe manages O’Dowd Farms, a real estate holding company and O’Dowd Transportation, a local school bus operation. A former Township Committeeman, a Planning Board member and Chairman, a Kiwanis past president and founding Chairman of the July 4th Committee, Joe remains active in local civic affairs. Joe has been a member of the Chamber Board since 1968.
